We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you contact us by email, phone, or through an online membership application, or if you access your personal information through our website.
We offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive information provided by you is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Your private information will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to build your application and potential, or actual membership information when applicable.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all Vivos members may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their Membership Control Panel and going to the appropriate information page.
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old, or older.
Vivos is an ownership network of survival shelters accessible only to its owner members. Once you apply for membership, the Vivos Risk Management Team will evaluate your application profile for determination and candidacy of your membership.
The Vivos Risk Management Team will evaluate each member applicant's profile for determination and candidacy of their membership. Vivos will then look for those individuals who may best contribute to each Vivos shelter community, for the greatest chance of long-term, underground survival of all of its inhabitants.
Current Vivos members, will be the first to be considered as owner candidates. Each will be reviewed based upon a number of criteria and psychographic information, including: their profession, education, expertise, skills, benefit to the Vivos community, proximity to a Vivos location, current health, and desired family or group ownership. Due to the cohabitation of owners, a rigorous screening process is necessary, however, discrimination of any sort will not be allowed.
Discrimination of any sort, including that based on age, race, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, national origin or sexual orientation will not be tolerated, nor a means of qualification.
This is not a solicitation or offering for ownership of a Vivos shelter, or any property in those states where regulated. Membership in Vivos is free to selected candidates. Membership is does not provide ownership, or assure of any right of an interest in a Vivos shelter.
Ownership in any Vivos shelter complex or property may not be for investment purposes.
